蒜蓉西蘭花

鹽水浸泡西蘭花,頭朝下,2分鐘
撈出西蘭花切開
剁碎蒜蓉,薑泥
調制湯汁: 鹽,糖,料酒,雞精,澱粉,蠔油

(可以同時煎制海鮮)
燒開水加入油鹽,西蘭花焯水,3分鐘,之後放入冷水
起鍋燒油,爆香薑蒜
加入西蘭花翻炒,加入料酒,醬汁
