好吃的排骨

排骨加料酒少許清水汆燙
準備切好的薑片幾個, 蔥段少許, 蒜切半
鹵料包, 韓式辣椒醬

撈出排骨, 清洗乾淨
熱火涼油, 中小火煎一下排骨, 編出排骨的油脂, 帶上少許焦黃
用排骨的油鍋炒香蔥薑蒜洋蔥
加入排骨, 加開水沒過排骨, 加入鹵料包, 放一勺韓式辣椒醬
加入生抽, 料酒 和 一點蠔油, 白糖一勺, 加入鹽 和 胡椒粉
中火40分鐘,最後開大火收干水分上菜
