葱油鸡腿

葱油鸡腿

準備琵琶腿, 洋蔥, 蔥姜

大火燒開水, 加入蔥一根, 姜幾片調味
燒開水以後, 加入雞腿, 料酒, 中小火滾30分鐘
(扎一下沒有血滲出)
將雞腿放入冷水中10分鐘, 之後將雞腿撕成塊

半個洋蔥切塊, 蔥白切段
起鍋燒油, 中上火力慢煎, 至金黃色
姜搓成沫, 蔥綠切花, 放在一起, 倒入蔥油, 加鹽
