準備薑，料酒，麻油
做法
- 備料: 雞心剖半洗淨；薑切絲
- 起油鍋煸老薑絲至乾扁
- 放入雞心翻炒後倒入料酒，蓋上鍋蓋燜5分鐘
- 開鍋蓋加入鹽，麻油，糖色，孜然炒均勻後起鍋
