I finally bothered to set up my bindings for AoE2:DE after being distraught that any binds I could find were woefully out of date, were for Colemake (not mod-dh), and any tools to setup keybinds more easily were also out of date (hotkeyeditor.com).
So I figured I'd share this here, for anyone trying to find similar keybinds.
It probably won't be exactly to your liking, but the grid keys are all setup correctly (except Chronicles and Grand Campaign ones),
and the ctrl-keys and alt-keys might give you a good start.
I also use the middle mouse button, and the click from pushing it left or right (though, these might be extra buttons on your mouse).
yellow, above the key: alt+<key>
green, below the key: ctrl+<key>
As a note, unless specified otherwise, all binds are to select all of that building; i.e. all blacksmiths, all castles.
The directions on hotkeyeditor.com are still good for now, here's a copy of them:
Saving to your computer
Extract the downloaded Hotkeys.zip into the approriate directory. [your Steam ID] is a random 17-digit number.
C:\Users\[Windows username]\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\[your Steam ID]\profile\If you want to override a hotkey profile, then you also need to override the cloud version:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[random number]\813780\remote\
