| We do **not** collect any personally identifiable information. | |
| The app only stores the following **locally on your device** using Apple’s `AppStorage`: | |
| * Your selected “Heaviest Lift” and bar weight preferences | |
| * Chosen training percentages | |
| * Session completion progress | |
| * Any notes you voluntarily enter | |
| This information **never leaves your device**. | |

| ### 3. Data Storage & Security | |
| Your data is stored securely on your device using Apple’s built-in systems (`UserDefaults`). It is not transmitted, sold, or shared with anyone - including us. | |

| This app functions completely offline. It does not: | |

| * Use third-party analytics | |
| * Access location, contacts, or photos | |
