Justin Rowe, Camille's supervisor, will provide both day-to-day and long-term supervision to Camille. The supervisor will monitor and evaluate Camille's learning at all times. He will be present to offer support and guidance during each training segment. Justin Rowe is Vice President of Engineering at Quri. He has been leading engineering teams for almost a decade at industry-leading companies.

For short-term supervision, Camille's supervisor will set up a 1:1 meeting with Camille every other week. For long-term supervision, Camille will be part of Quri's peer review system. His performance will be evaluated on a quarterly basis by both his peers (other employees) and his supervisor. Quri tracks quarterly and yearly OKRs (objectives and key results) which include specific benchmarks for development of software products. All projects completed will be assessed and reviewed by the management staff. Camille will receive an evaluation after each phase of the program in written format and will be used to assess his progress.
