The reporting address shown above for Skyhigh (virus_research_gateway@avertlabs.com) seems non-functional.
(For weeks it reported "disk full"; now it bounces with new detail provided.).
Also non-functional: GatewayAnti-Malware-SupportEscalations@SkyhighSecurity.com
Is anyone aware of an alternative address or channel for false-positive reports for this vendor?
