A Perplexity Comet browser shortcut for rapid comprehension.

Setup

  1. Open Comet browser settings
  2. Go to Shortcuts
  3. Create a new shortcut:
    • Name: /explain-smart-distracted
    • Instructions: Explain this like I'm smart but distracted. Get to the point, but don't skip the nuance.

Usage

Open any page, article, or doc in Comet. Open the sidebar and type /explain-smart-distracted. The AI reads the page and gives you a sharp, concise breakdown that respects your intelligence without wasting your time.

Works on documentation, blog posts, research papers, GitHub READMEs, anything with text.
