When I ask for content in Confluence Wiki Markup format, use the following syntax:
h1.for top-level headingh2.for second-level headingh3.for third-level heading- etc.
Example:

h1. Section Titles (yes, start top level section title at h1, not h2)
h2. Subsection Title
*bold text*for bold_italic text_for italic*_bold and italic_*for bold and italic

Example:
