Repeater naming scheme

EmpireMesh has transitioned into more unified naming scheme that helps to identify which repeater was used in paths. The format is as follows:

{Country-Code}-{District-Code}-{Location-Name}

Examples:

• AT-BN-BadVoeslau
• HU-VE-Várpalota
• SK-BS-Sitno

Name parts breakdown:

• {Country-code} identifies country: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#AD
• {District-Code} identifies district in which the repeater is located, we use different sources, as those are not unified:
  • AT: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration_plates_of_Austria#Prefixes
  • HU: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:HU
  • SK: https://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoznam_okresov_na_Slovensku
• {Location-Name} identifies local name of place, like: town name, city district, name of closest landmark. Some people add their HAM callsign or nick to "tag" their repeater, that's totally fine too.
