Automatically reloads browser when a source file is saved. Also compiles, minifies, etc. $20
Window manager. Divvy is to sizing and positioning windows as Alt+Tab is to focusing windows. $14
Markdown editor with syntax highlighting and live preview. It does one thing, and does it well. Free beta, donations accepted.
Like cd, but jumps to one of your favorite directories anywhere in the file system, with tab completion.
Access Terminal with a hotkey. I have it set up to fill my whole screen with 50% transparency.
Useful for swapping out a JS/CSS file on a server with a local copy for debugging. $50
