Feature: Shortcuts

With our new feature we hope to make the lives of our users a lot easier. We noticed that many of our users have standard phrases, which they repeat many times throughout the day, when attending clients. This is why we decided to introduce the shortcuts feature.

How it works

We have added a button on the right side of the message field. When clicked it displays a list of available shortcuts: By selecting one of these shortcuts, a predefined text is inserted in the messages field. The result looks like this:
