Effective Date: February 28, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using the Flutter Asset Viewer Pro plugin (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

The author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Install and use the Software in any compatible JetBrains IDE for personal or educational use.
  • Make copies of the Software for backup purposes.
  • Modify the Software for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Restrictions

You shall NOT:

  • Use the Software for any commercial purpose. "Commercial purposes" includes, but is not limited to, selling the Software, incorporating the Software into a product or service that is sold, or using the Software to generate revenue directly or indirectly.
  • Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software for commercial gain.
  • Redistribute the Software, in whole or in part, without retaining this license and copyright notice.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings in the Software.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to and the property of Omprakash Chauhan. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the author.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability
