This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 1965 of April 23, 2014 (Internet Civil Framework), Brazilian Federal Law No. 13.709 of August 14, 2018 (Personal Data Protection Law), and EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (General European Data Protection Regulation).
This Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information and personal data, in connection with your access to and use of Infinite's services.
This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices only for the websites, platforms, and services linked to it. If you are redirected to third-party pages or services, please read those providers' policies.

By contracting the services provided by Infinite, you agree to all the conditions of this Privacy Policy and declare that you do so without any inducement, coercion, or obligation imposed by third parties, as the exercise of such actions is your option and the exercise of your free will.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the use of services offered by Infinite Cloud Computing.
When this Policy refers to "Infinite", "we", or "our", it refers to Infinite Cloud Computing, which is responsible for processing your personal information (the "Data Controller").

IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS
- General Data Protection Law (LGPD): Brazilian Federal Law No. 13.709 published on August 14, 2018, which regulates Personal Data Processing activities, including in digital media, by natural persons or public or private legal entities, with the aim of protecting the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the natural person's personality.
- Processing Agents: Those responsible for Personal Data Processing and are divided into two categories: the Controller and the Operator.
- Controller: The Controller is the person or company responsible for decisions regarding Personal Data Processing.
- Operator: The Operator is the person or company that carries out Personal Data Processing on behalf of the Controller, following their instructions.
- Personal Data: Information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing: Any operation performed with Personal Data, whether automated or not, i.e., the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, storage, archiving, elimination, evaluation or information control, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
INFORMATION COVERED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy covers all personal data processed by Infinite, including any information we collect, use, and share about you, as described below.
This privacy policy applies to Infinite Cloud Computing's websites, our products and services, and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).
This privacy policy does not concern how our Users may use or share data they collect using our services.
When you purchase a Service from us, your personal information will be collected, used, and shared in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY INFINITE
Infinite processes only the personal data that you voluntarily provide to us. Although consent is requested at the time of registration, the processing of personal data may be based on other legal grounds, as described below, without prejudice to the data subject's fundamental rights and guarantees.
Infinite processes your personal data to the extent necessary to provide the contracted services, improve them, or ensure complete user support and assistance.
In this Policy, we describe, in a clear, educational, and transparent manner, which personal data we collect and process when you use the Infinite Platform.
This information is necessary for the proper contractual performance between you and us and allows us to comply with our legal obligations.
Failure to provide any of this data or the decision to delete or deny processing of it may result in the deactivation of your Infinite Cloud Computing account, as it is essential for the provision of the service.
- Account Registration Information. When you register with Infinite Cloud Computing, we request that you provide the minimum personal information. In specific cases, we request the provision of complementary information to ensure the delivery of the contracted service.
- Login Information. We collect and process data such as login and password, which are non-transferable and remain the responsibility of the Data Subject.
- Payment Information. To acquire and use Infinite Cloud Computing Platform resources (such as website hosting, domain registration), we may request that you provide specific financial information to facilitate the payment process. We use third-party services (payment processors), so we do not collect and store credit card information (we receive information about the payment status and store only the last 4 digits of the credit card).
- Communications, Chats, Messages. When communicating with Infinite Cloud Computing (using general request windows), we collect information about your communication and any information you wish to provide or disclose. To fulfill your request, we may access information provided in your Infinite Cloud Computing Account, purchase history, etc.

You can access, edit, update, or delete your account data at any time by accessing your account on the Infinite Cloud Computing platform.
However, all data collected by Infinite Cloud Computing is essential for the provision of contracted services, and if you request the deletion of this data, the provision of services will become unfeasible, and the contract will be terminated.
To deactivate your account, simply submit a request via email to privacy@goinfinite.net, and you will receive the appropriate instructions.
- Platform Development. We use data, including public feedback, to conduct research and development for improvements to our platform with the aim of providing you with a better, more intuitive, and personalized experience, leading to enhanced services offered.
- Customer Support. We use data to help you and fix problems. We use data (which may include your communications) to investigate, respond to, and resolve complaints and issues (e.g., bugs).
- Aggregating Opinions. We use data to generate opinion aggregation. We use your data to produce and share aggregated opinions that do not identify you, ensuring anonymization whenever possible.
- Security and Investigations. We use your data (including your communications, if necessary) for the purpose of ensuring security or investigating possible fraud or other violations of our Terms of Commitment or this Privacy Policy, as well as any attempts to harm our Users.

Non-essential cookies are intended for the application and optimization of remarketing on social networks and Google, expanding the Platform's reach to new users.
Additionally, we use the collected data for page performance reports, such as traffic origin and customer behavior, allowing navigation to occur in a customized manner.
Essential cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the platform and cannot be deactivated without negative implications for navigation and your security.
You can control the use of non-essential cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect some platform functionalities.
We generally retain your personal data for as long as necessary to keep the executed contract active and to provide the contracted services, as well as to comply with our legal obligations.
If you wish for us to no longer use your personal information, you may close your Infinite Cloud Computing account.
After account deactivation, we will still retain your personal data for the purpose of complying with applicable legal requirements (such as taxes, accounting, accountability, among others) for the time we are legally required under such regulations, based on the legal grounds listed in this Privacy Policy.
After account cancellation/deactivation, we may maintain a profile with generic information associated with the acquired services, such as login information, payment information, etc., for statistical purposes, ensuring anonymity.
Additionally, we will retain personal data for as long as necessary for our legitimate business purposes, such as fraud detection and prevention, and security improvements. For example, if Infinite Cloud Computing suspends your account for security reasons, we may retain certain information from this account to prevent this User from opening a new account in the future.
In protecting the Infinite Cloud Computing Platform from accidental or malicious losses and destruction, residual copies of your personal information cannot be removed from our backup systems for a limited period.
While collecting and processing your personal information, we may transfer data to various third parties, to the extent necessary for the provision of contracted services.
User Personal Information may be maintained, processed, and stored by Infinite Cloud Computing and our authorized affiliates and service providers when necessary for the appropriate delivery of our Services and/or required by Brazilian law (as explained further below).
Infinite Cloud Computing affiliates and service providers that store and process your personal information on behalf of Infinite Cloud Computing are contractually committed to keeping the information protected and secure, in accordance with industry standards and regardless of any lower legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.
Domain registration data and identification data are shared with third parties in accordance with the rules of the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD.
Infinite may share certain Personal Data with institutions or International Organizations (“International Data Transfer”), pursuant to Article 33 of the LGPD. However, we will only share data with organizations based in countries or international bodies that ensure adequate protection of personal data in accordance with Brazilian laws and this Privacy Policy.
We will disclose your Personal Data to the State or public authorities without your prior permission only when we are legally required to provide information, including taking legal measures to defend our rights, as well as cases where we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable Brazilian law, regulation, legal process, or government request, in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations, detection, prevention, or otherwise addressing fraud, security, or technical issues.
All administrative access at Infinite is performed through a SOCKS5 proxy or with a VPN, which functions as an encrypted tunnel that only allows access via SSH keys.
The system used by Infinite to store client data only permits access from the proxy IP, so no access not originating from the proxy is allowed, and it cannot be accessed without the user's access key being authorized on the proxy.
Additionally, our system is protected by a Web Application Firewall (WAF), developed for web systems, tested against the most rigorous security standards, and which protects our WHMCS from various types of external attacks.
Infrastructure department administrative accesses are restricted. We use selected software for password storage and two-factor authentication requirements.
Infinite Cloud Computing has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you share with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures.
Among other things, we offer secure access to most of our services. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly seek new ways and Third-Party Services to improve the security of our Services and the privacy protection of our Users.
Regardless of the measures and efforts made by Infinite Cloud Computing, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your personal information, or any other material you upload, post, or otherwise share with Infinite Cloud Computing.
We therefore encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account, as recommended during registration, and to avoid providing us or anyone else with any sensitive information that you believe could cause significant and irreparable harm if disclosed.

You are protected by a series of rights regarding the protection of your Personal Data, as provided in the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD and transcribed here for the data subject's awareness and exercise:

Users may request the deletion of any data for legitimate reasons, e.g., where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where the data was processed unlawfully, subject to the exceptions provided in this Privacy Policy.
- The right to restriction of data processing. Users, for legitimate purposes, may obtain restriction of data processing from the controller.
- The right to object to the processing of Personal Data when the processing is based on legitimate interests, as well as in these cases, as specified above.
Some of the rights above are simple to exercise. You can edit, update, or correct your details at any time, unsubscribe from receiving messages from us or our partners by contacting our support or accessing your online dashboard.
Users have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority in cases where their rights are infringed. However, we recommend attempting a peaceful resolution of any potential dispute by first contacting us at privacy@goinfinite.net.
We presume that all Infinite Cloud Computing users have carefully read this document and agreed to its terms.
If anyone disagrees with this Policy, we recommend sending us an email with your objections, and if no alternative solution is found, that they stop using our services.
Our Policy may change from time to time. We will post any changes on our website; if the changes are significant, we will consider more explicit notification (including, for certain services, email notifications of Policy changes).
This Policy is an integral part of Infinite Cloud Computing's Terms of Commitment. We will inform you and, if applicable, request your authorization before using information for other purposes not specified in this Policy.
Our Policy applies to all services offered by us and does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be shown to you as a result of searches, sites that may include our services, or other sites linked from our services.
