This removes airports in the leeward islands, PR, Hispanola, and Cuba and europe.
Go to http://matrix.itasoftware.com/ and click one way
Click Advanced Controls
Enter N in the Routing Controls field
Paste the block of airports above in the destinations.
Enter MIA for the origin (If you are trying to get out of FLL or PBI feel free to add them MIA, FLL, PBI for example)
Select 9/7/2016 as the departure date and choose or the next day
Search.
You can search by departure time (rather than price) and filter on how much you want to pay. Screen shot is limited to flights < $1000

Pick your flight and use http://bookwithmatrix.com to book (or use your own favorite search engine)
