Governance Details (per bylaws and TSC charter)

Board of Directors:

• Platinum: Each Platinum member appoints one director directly (no election)
• Gold: Gold members vote as a class to elect directors (1 seat for first Gold member; 1 per 3 thereafter; max 3)
• Silver: Silver members vote as a class to elect directors (1 seat per 10 Silver members)

Technical Steering Committee:

• Platinum: Platinum members designate representatives directly to the TSC
• Gold/Silver: No TSC representation per charter (TSC = Platinum designates + Project Leads)

Tier Differentiation Summary
