Norm: Very collaborative, works better together, bouncing ideas off of each other, helping learn. Nikki: Does well collaborating, can work alone sitting next to each other. We both like both styles. Depends on the the problem or part of the project. We will understand when someone is already on a train of thought and wait to discuss a problem or solution. "Just give me a minute"
We will debate. It's okay. We need to know why we're doing the things. Go back and review misunderstood or cloudy ideas.
