Project Expectations and Goals: BE: Learn Python, DJango, and testing strategies for both. FE: Learn Swift, testing swift (as much as possible). Reach our MVP and have a presentable product. Good commit history, agile waffle board. Time permitting: Swap roles.
Team strengths: Cody: Planning, debugging. Jamie: Learning quickly, design work Timmy: Pick up python, arranging-organization, refactoring. Nikki: Organization, communication, git/github, CI, testing.
How to overcome obstacles: Agile waffleboard, constant communication via slack/in person. 30min Timebox, reach out.
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): Cody: 7am-9pm available (except 2/14 evening) Jamie: 7:30-midight (except Thursday 1pm-2pm) Timmy: 7am-5pm (Meetup 2/12 evening) Nikki: 7am-7pm (except 2/13 evening)
1pm standups unless previously stated. Friday 2/15 4pm Weekend remote unless previously stated.
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): Waffle board. Updates in slack. Daily standups. BE will let FE know when endpoints are functional. PR review requests.
