A list of what I think would improve the city:
- more pedestrian streets like in Europe (this one is urgent)
- more small parks across the city (SF has many small parks across the city)
- less scaffoldings (OMG these scaffoldings are everywhere and they stay there for months/years!)
- less rats (this is crazy)
- less trash (in nordic countries they have trash underground)
- more electrical cars (reduces noise pollution)
- less people littering (people litter so much in new york!)
- less car parked with the engines still on (this is crazy, why do people do this?)
- more public gyms in parks like in China
- serve mulled wine at christmas markets
- more city-wide decorations during christmas
- free subways
feature requests:
- more libraries and spaces to sit down and work
- more coffee shops where you pay by the hour (for working)
- direct subway from downtown manhattan to flushing
