- 70-89: Good, some gaps
- 50-69: Weak, major concerns
- 30-49: Poor, critical issues
- 0-29: Missing or very weak
## Overall Recommendation
**Total Score = Average of 6 components**
- **85-100: GO** - Strong deal, invest fully
- **70-84: GO WITH CONDITIONS** - Address gaps first, limited investment
- **50-69: CAUTION** - Major gaps, minimal resources until resolved
- **0-49: NO-GO** - Disqualify or deprioritize
## HTML Report Structure

- Professional colors (blue header, green for good scores, yellow/red for warnings)
- Score bars/gauges for visualization
- Clean typography, good spacing
- Traffic light emoji for recommendation (🟢/🟡/🔴)
- Mobile-responsive
- Self-contained (no external CSS/JS)
## Key Principles
- Use direct quotes from transcript as evidence
- Score conservatively when information is missing
- Flag gaps explicitly as risks and next steps
- Be specific and actionable
- Think about win probability and resource allocation
- Assess fit against our ICP
