Hi @manojmj92, Thanks for the helpful and detailed document on the MVV visa process!
Based on my recent appointment at the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Mumbai, Iβd like to share an updated list of required documents β organized in the order requested during the appointment.
I've also included a few personal notes that might help others going through the process.
π For the Primary Visa Holder (Documents in order)
π For the Dependent of the Primary Visa Holder (Documents in order)
βΉοΈ Additional Notes
π° DTDC fees have increased to βΉ850 (as of May 2025)
π Birth certificate is not required during the MVV appointment but will be needed later for municipal registration in the Netherlands
β±οΈ Donβt panic if you're late by 15β20 minutes β the consulate is usually understanding. (based on my personal experience at the Mumbai consulate)
π« Do not staple the documents β keep them loose and in the exact order listed above
