I am pretty sure there is, just add RoboTop (Bot) to your Discord server, and I think it overrides these messages, but you have to set the messages: https://gdcolon.com/robotop/dashboard

@hiawesomesauseYT you can now disable them in your server settings, as XTerkoizX mentioned in 2017.
