Open Windows PowerShell as Admin (right-click start button and select "Windows Powershell (Admin)")
Copy/paste this command
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Remove-AppxPackage
Install the latest version by opening Microsoft Store and searching for "Microsoft Photos"; click Get
Restart computer
