Supervising an iOS device for use with Lithium

Requirements

Step 1: Installing Cowabunga Lite & Supervising

  • Install the version for your operating system.
  • Plug your device into your computer, and if prompted, trust it.
  • In the "Skip Setup" option, toggle "Enable Supervision" on.
  • Click "Apply". Your device will reboot.

Step 2: Installing Lithium

On your iOS/iPadOS device:

  • Go to the Lithium Page.
  • Click "Get Shortcut"
  • Install the shortcut into your library.
  • Locate the shortcut and run it.

Removing Supervision

  • Open Cowabunga Lite on your computer, and plug in your device.
  • In the "Skip Setup" section, make sure "Enable Supervision" is NOT checked.
  • Apply it and your device will reboot.

Is this going to erase my device? I saw in Apple’s official app you need to erase your device.
