Terms & Conditions

App: Contour - Body Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Contour ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription & In-App Purchases

Contour offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features ("Contour Premium").

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

  • All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. License

Lukas Pistrol grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. User Content

All data you enter (measurements, photos, notes) is stored exclusively on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Contour is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lukas Pistrol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
