Enabling build with shared Python library

pyenv-with-shared-lib.sh

	CONFIGURE_OPTS=--enable-shared pyenv install 3.6.8

	# creating a file: `~/.pyenv/versions/3.6.8/lib/libpython3.6m.dylib`

I've created a symbolic link of it to /usr/local/lib/libpython3.6m.dylib to be loaded by libpython-clj.
