all: spend qt together <3 Ali => learn js Claudia => learn js, have fun, learn to unit test js Kris => same

• What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?

Ali => prefers pairing but ok with divide and conquer, depending on what happens.
Claudia => same, as much as is useful Kris => as much pairing as possible

• How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?

Ali => open communication Claudia => yes. Straight forward, open discussions. Kris => yes, with love

• How would you describe your work style?

Ali => realistic goal setting Claudia => likes to be clear about goals, have defined steps/iterations, good communication and collaboration Kris => yes.

• What’s gone well or poorly in your last projects?

Ali => Well: pleads the 5th. Claudia => Well: clear communiciation, pairing, colaborative process. Poorly: poor communication and goal setting.
Kris => Well: working together, switching driver/navigator, clear iterations. Poorly: unclear dirrection, not enough small commits.

• What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?

Ali => Ziba, food, water, love. Claudia => Same same, no ziba. Create something great. All be on the same page/boat.
Kris => foot rest. food, water, love.

• What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?

Ali => Just needs to bring Ziba. Claudia => 7pm friday, no early mornings on weekends. Pairing sessions but we can do those together. Kris =>

• What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?

Ali => Claudia => Written feedback. Doesn't like to give negative feedback. Kris => Constructive

• What do you identify as being your biggest strength(s) technically, as they relate to this project? Where do you feel you could use improvement in your technical skills, as they relate to this project? How can our team help support you in improving these skills?

Ali => Stregth: math/algorythms Claudia => Stregth: testing Kris => Stregth: styling

small commits on multipli-branches, set small goals, switch users.
