Ali => realistic goal setting Claudia => likes to be clear about goals, have defined steps/iterations, good communication and collaboration Kris => yes.

Ali => Well: pleads the 5th.
Claudia => Well: clear communiciation, pairing, colaborative process. Poorly: poor communication and goal setting.
Kris => Well: working together, switching driver/navigator, clear iterations. Poorly: unclear dirrection, not enough small commits.

Ali => Ziba, food, water, love.
Claudia => Same same, no ziba. Create something great. All be on the same page/boat.
