Feedback Notes:
I spoke to several English teachers, some programmers/analysts and asked them to quickly fill out a survey based on the functionality of the app. Overall teachers found the app to be potentially helpful and like the idea of what it can fulfill in terms of minimizing their lesson planning when it comes to building activities. As of now, the app does not have an edit/delete option so this is something I want to prioritize as I move into building the server and its services. Another observation that was brought to me attention is an option for changing difficulty levels. Often, English teachers cover as wide range of capabilities and levels and even as vocabulary words get harder, students also get better at quickly recognizing scrambled words as they develop. I think it would require even more concise algorithms that I would need to test out.
Furthermore, there are other ways to practice fluency and reading such as fill in the blanks and picture recognition. Adding these options in addition to simply scrambling words would stave off repetition and boredom for students. Finally, the last request was obviously vibrant colors and splashy styling. Audio files would need to be added to highlight urgency in passing the ball as the game is being played.
