Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No! HealthSync works entirely without an account. Your data stays on your device.
Q: What devices are supported?
A: HealthSync requires iOS 17.0 or later and works on iPhone. iPad is supported but optimized for iPhone.
Q: How do I log my mood?
A: Tap the "Log" tab at the bottom of the screen. Select your mood using the emoji selector or slider, add optional notes, and tap "Save Entry."

A: Insights are patterns and correlations discovered in your health data. For example, HealthSync might notice that you sleep better on days when you exercise, or that your mood improves on weekends.

A: Yes. All your health data is stored locally on your device. We never upload your health data to external servers.
Q: What happens to my data with AI Reports?
A: When you use AI Reports, only anonymized health summaries (no personal information) are sent for analysis. The data is processed in real-time and not stored.
Q: How do I delete my data?
A: Deleting the app removes all HealthSync data from your device. Your Apple Health data remains in Apple Health.
Q: HealthSync isn't showing my steps/sleep/heart rate
A:
- Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → HealthSync
- Make sure all data types are enabled
- Pull down on the Summary tab to refresh
Q: The app is using too much battery
A: HealthSync is designed to be battery-efficient. If you notice high battery usage:
- Make sure you're running the latest version
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Contact support if the issue persists
Q: AI Report isn't generating
A: AI Reports require:
- Active HealthSync Pro subscription
- Internet connection
- At least one week of health data
