# Privacy Policy for Pulse Workout

## Introduction
Pulse Workout ("we," "our," or "us"), provided by D2V Solutions, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
## Information We Collect
### Information You Provide Directly
- **Profile Information:** Name, age, weight, height, fitness goals
- **Workout Data:** Exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, duration, personal records
- **User Preferences:** Unit system (metric/imperial), notification settings, theme preferences
### Information Collected Automatically
- **Device Information:** Device type, operating system version
- **Usage Data:** App usage patterns, feature interactions
- **Health Data:** If you enable Apple Health integration, we may read/write workout data, heart rate, and calories burned (with your explicit permission)
### Information We Do NOT Collect
- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos (except optional profile picture stored locally)
- Payment information (app is free, no in-app purchases)
- Advertising identifiers
## How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the app's functionality
- Track your workout history and progress
- Calculate statistics, insights, and personal records
- Send notifications (workout reminders, streak alerts) if enabled
- Sync data across your devices via iCloud (if enabled)
- Improve and optimize the app experience
## Data Storage and Security
### Local Storage
- All workout data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
- Profile information is stored in local app preferences
### iCloud Sync (Optional)
- If iCloud sync is enabled, your workout data is stored in your personal iCloud account
- This data is encrypted by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy practices
- We do not have access to your iCloud data
### Apple Health Integration (Optional)
- Health data is only accessed with your explicit permission
- We only read heart rate data during workouts
- We only write completed workout sessions to Apple Health
- Health data remains in Apple's Health app and is not transmitted to us
## Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information
- Share your data with third-party advertisers
- Use your data for targeted advertising
- Transfer your data to external servers
We may share information only:
- With Apple, as necessary for iCloud sync and Health integration (governed by Apple's privacy policy)
- If required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights or safety
## Your Rights and Choices
### Data Access and Export
- You can export all your workout data from Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data
- Exported data is provided in JSON format
### Data Deletion
- You can delete all workout history from Settings > Data & Privacy > Clear History
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data
- To delete iCloud data, disable iCloud sync before uninstalling or delete from iCloud settings
### Notification Control
- You can enable/disable all notifications from Settings > Notifications
- You can control specific notification types individually
### Health Data
- You can revoke Health access at any time from iOS Settings > Privacy > Health > Pulse Workout
## Children's Privacy
Pulse Workout is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
## GDPR Rights (European Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability (export your data)
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise these rights, use the in-app data management features or contact us.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
