- Develop full-stack features using Django (backend) and ReactJS (frontend)
- Build AI-powered creator tools and integrations that enhance user experiences
- Design and implement scalable APIs and responsive user interfaces
- Ship fast, iterate quickly based on user feedback and data insights
- Collaborate on product decisions and technical architecture
- Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring
- Work on complex problems like recommendation engines, booking systems, and payment integrations
- 1-3 years experience with Django and ReactJS in production environments
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and modern web development practices
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and startup mindset
- Passion for creator economy and AI technologies
- Ready to work in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment
- Good communication skills for direct collaboration with founders and team
- Salary: ₹10-12 LPA
