This is tested working with the latest version of win 11 as of July 14th 2025

When you get to the screen that forces you to login with an MS account, hit Shift+F10 and run this command. It will bring up a new window that's more Win10-like to make a user account, and when that's done, it drops you onto the desktop with that user.
