## Program Name
Ember SMS — Internal Business Assistant Messaging
## Description
Ember is an automated business assistant operated by Pretzinger Agencies that sends SMS and MMS messages to the business owner and a small number of designated contacts. Messages include daily business briefings, operational alerts, task reminders, metric summaries, and status updates related to agency operations.
## Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically fewer than 10 messages per week. During urgent business situations or travel, frequency may temporarily increase.
## Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
## Opt-In
Recipients are added manually by the business owner (Craig Pretzinger) with verbal consent. This is an internal-use-only service. No automated sign-up, public-facing opt-in form, or web-based registration exists. Recipients are limited to the business owner and designated family members.
## Opt-Out
Reply **STOP** to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply **START** to re-subscribe.
