RepVault is owned and operated by Cosmin Seviciu, based in Romania ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using RepVault (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
RepVault is a workout tracking application intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use this application in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age required to enter into legally binding agreements, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
RepVault offers optional premium features available through a one-time purchase via Google Play.
All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or process payment information directly.
The App connects to Google Play services solely to verify purchase status.
Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and must be handled through your Google Play account.
We do not issue refunds directly.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with premium purchase verification
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Distribute, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the App without permission
- Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
All workout data and settings are stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app removal, operating system updates, or user actions.
RepVault is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice.
You are solely responsible for your exercise decisions and physical activities.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
RepVault, including its design, code, features, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Cosmin Seviciu.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of data loss.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmin Seviciu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, financial loss, personal injury, or device damage.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
