add plus.hulu.com

that worked for me.

Alternatively *.hulu.com on its own will work

This one worked for me today 11/29/24

  • ads-[a-z]+-darwin.hulustream.com

Not VPN, but I'm using unbound (DNS resolver in pfsense). I also had to add a domain override for:

  • hulu.com.akadns.net.

I thought I also needed:

  • tags.tiqcdn.com.
  • cloudfront.net. (tags.tiqcdn.com CNAMES to this)

but I disabled the overrides for these and Hulu is still working. Could be DNS caching though. I'll update this if I need to reenable these.
