Anxiety or fear

  • What are you afraid of?
  • What are the indisputable facts right now?
  • What dream feels blocked or threatened?
  • How can you become the storyteller in this situation? What concrete action can you take this week?
  • Have you been exercising? (if not, go for a walk.)

Self-doubt

  • What are two things you're grateful for that happened today?
  • What are two things that helped the work move forward this week?
  • Envision yourself being successful in the situation that worries you.

Anger

  • Just go take a walk. Move your body.
  • What is your anger protecting?
  • Are you angry about something that is happening now or something that happened a long time ago?
