Warming up

Numerical integration of the i&f model \tau\dot{v}=-(v-\text{I})

  • raise f-I curve
  • compare to analytical solution (direct integration)

Up and down

  • sketch (by hand!) 1d dynamics compatible with up/down states (see images below)
  • integrate numerically, adding pulses and noise
