I'm working on translating these Terminal color management functions into PowerShell, but I may first need to trim some of the columns or rows from your original format, to make it play nicely with PowerShell's Import-CSV data conversion cmdlet.

Thanks for the head start. I wrote a shell for ssh that changes the font color when I connect to another computer. I sometimes forget that a terminal session is connected to another system and have had to recover a few things. my local terminal is black and white, when I ssh elsewhere the color gets changed.
