Open regedit.exe, go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize and set both AppsUseLightTheme & SystemUsesLightTheme DWORDs to 0.

IIS Config File Paths

Internet Information Services (IIS) 7 and later use an XML-based configuration system for storing IIS settings which replaces the metabase that was used in IIS 6.0 and earlier. This new configuration system was introduced with ASP.NET and is based on a hierarchical system of management system that uses *.config files. The configuration files for IIS 7 and later are located in the %windir%\System32\inetsrv\config folder.

A .gitkeep file tells github to do the opposite of its default behaviour, which is to ignore empty folders.

If you want to track an empty folder, or a folder with untracked files, create a 0kb file with the .gitkeep file extension in that folder.

Create and attach a drive wtih hdiutil

To create a drive run this command: hdiutil create -o /tmp/Mojave.cdr -size 6200m -layout SPUD -fs HFS+J.
Next you will need to mount that drive hdiutil attach /tmp/Mojave.cdr.dmg -noverify -mountpoint /Volumes/install_build.

Create installation media in the new drive

Use the downloaded app bundle to create the media: sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Mojave.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/install_build.
