| - dont help anyone | |

| - if you spot anyone not doing any of these or they have managed to get in even when they should not have (as above), do everything to get rid of them | |
| - find lazy people you can reward and endorse, they will support you. | |
| - reject anyone who looks better than the bottom-most performer when they apply. | |
| If you disagree with anyone of the above - start a business | |
| also if you belong to a group who has to justify your existence regardless of your achievements - Become a dark trader / hedge fund trader. anywhere where human interaction is not needed to achieve your goals |
