Assuming disk is 0, run diskpart and run the following:

select disk 0
clean
convert gpt
create partition efi size=256
format quick fs=fat32 label=System
assign letter=S
create partition primary
format quick fs=ntfs label=Windows
assign letter=W
exit


Assuming the installation disc is at E:, run dism /Apply-Image /ImageFile:E:\sources\install.wim /Index:1 /ApplyDir:W:\.
bcdboot W:\Windows /s S: /f UEFI
Reboot to the disk.
