By using the WoW Discord Addon ("the Addon"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Addon.
The WoW Discord Addon is a third-party addon for World of Warcraft that allows users to access Discord servers and channels within the game interface.
You agree to use the Addon only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Addon or Discord services.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Addon with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account. The Addon developers are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your Discord account or servers.
The Addon is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. In no event shall the Addon developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Addon.
The Addon integrates with Discord, a third-party service. Your use of Discord through the Addon is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Addon without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The WoW Discord Addon collects and temporarily stores the following information to provide its services:
- Discord Server IDs that you input
- Discord Channel IDs that you select
This information is stored locally on your computer and is not transmitted to or stored by the Addon developers.
When you use the Addon to connect to Discord servers and channels, you are interacting directly with Discord's services. Please refer to Discord's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your data.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information locally stored by the Addon. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
