Q. What attributes do you look for in a company when applying for a position?
A. Technical stack, learning graph, company's vision and culture.
Q. What are the three to five expectations that you have of senior leaders in an organization where you’ll work successfully?
A. My senior should be helpful, co-operative, friendly and have clear understanding about what we are doing and going to do.
Q. At times your workload may feel unmanageable. Describe a time when you recognized that you were unable to meet multiple deadlines. What did you do about it?
A. I will try to meet at least one deadline according to product priority.
Q. Tell me about a time you worked on a team with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
A. During working in Misfit Technologies I worked in a Indonasia based project named jualo. I directly worked with their dev team based in Indonesia.
Q. What factors are crucial within an organization and must be present for you to work most effectively?
A. Financial stability, friendly working environment, flexible working culture, well maintained project documentation and well maintained hierarchy.
Q. Tell me about a particular work-related setback you’ve faced. How did you deal with it?
A. When I was developing a common notification system for Misfit Technologies I stuck on how to send role based notification? To overcome this issue I implement user role in projects and redesign notification system by implementing role based notification category.
Q. What are the three most important attributes or skills that you believe you would bring to our company if we hired you?
A. Tech enthusiast, complex thinker and stick on my way to achieve my goal.
Q. What do you do to verify that your work is accurate?
A. Firstly I will test my all works manually and then write test cases for my tasks that should pass.
Q. Is it better to be perfect and late, or good and on time?
A. I think it's better to be good and on time rather than perfect and late because in tech world noting is perfect.
Q. What is something you’d be happy doing every single day for the rest of your career?
A. I love to solve real world problems and always keep myself up to date with the latest technology trends that match my interest and help me to grow more.
Q. What is the biggest misconception people have about you?
A. People those really don't know me may think that I am strict, arrogant and introvert but of course I'm not really like that.
Q. Why did you choose this profession?
A. Because I want to help people to lead a better life with less effort and I think technology is the only way to achieve this. To be a part of this software engineer is one the most relevant profession.
Q. Who is the smartest person you know personally? Why?
A. My current company's MD. The way he thinks and motivate us to achieve our goal is really great. Moreover his futuristic plans are awesome. He try to digitalize whole nations payment system.
