Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?): 

- We want to create a beautiful and usable website, as well as increase our knowledge about programming.

- Annie has a passion for design, and is excellent at communication.
- Joel is decent at JavaScript and buckling down.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles: 

- We will unite our passion for design, as well as our JavaScript to create an entire website.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have? Make sure to discuss the remote questions above in regards to this section):

- Would like a break after class at 4pm, until 5:30pm, and then would like to be done coding by 8:30 - 9pm each day.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team? How will we communicate about our emotional and mental well-being with each other?):

- Be straight forward, and let eachother when conflics arise with scheduling.

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

- We would like to improve in our CSS and JavaScript abilities. 

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

- Annie would like to work on CSS, and I would like to work on JavaScript.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques): 

- We are going to use a mixture of driver/navigator/divide and conquer depending on what we are working.

Pomodoro Break Schedule:

- 45 minutes on, 15 off type schedule.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

- Just say it.
