Rules and regulations

Your responsibilities would be:
1- Posting new and high quality content.
2- Creating and posting original memes and content.
3- Keep an eye on the quality of memes.
4- Help the growth of the channel, in terms of quantity of subscribers.
5- Moderating @MemestaGroup and having connections to our subscribers.

Postig style:
- Use @Memesta_Bot or @Like to add reactions to the channel posts. 😂😐🤔🤤
- If you want to post a special post that requires other reactions, it's OK to do it.
- Put @Memesta on the end of all channel posts
- Put #MemestaOriginal on original content and use @Like bot for reactions (Try not to use @Memesta_Bot with originals)
- Inside jokes are posted in Memesta blog, add @MemestaBlog under each post of that channel
- Only stickers that can be sent into Memesta, is the Memesta stickers (https://t.me/addstickers/MemestaStickers, https://t.me/addstickers/MemeManMemesta, https://t.me/addstickers/persianmatrix)
- Use PascalCase.
Example:
#MemestaOriginal / @MemestaBlog are correct
#memestaOriginal / #Memesta_original are wrong.

- We use @Combot to manage our group. More information: https://combot.org/commands

Note: Posts not meeting the standards will be deleted and we will contact the admin who posted it.


Nice to do:
- If you are iffy about a meme, send it to our admin chat first, so we can give our opinions about it first.
- We prefer original content rather than copying, if you are copying copy the bests and rares.
- Setting up cross promotion with other channels (over 2K members only)
- Making new templates and asking us to contribute.
- You might want to use @Memesta_bot for having extra power over content. Such as like, comment or reactions. Or maybe sending content anonymously.
- Have your own style of posting content. Try to add something new and progressive to the channel and don't repeat what other admins and other channels do. Memesta should be something progressive and different.

Not to do:
- Insulting and joking around other admins.
- Reposting especially from other channels or popular media.
- Posting telegram violating content, such as strong porn or nudity.
- Posting normie shit.
- Posting "filler memes", We prefer to have 1 high quality meme everyday instead of 10 shitty memes each day.

Friendly recommendations:
- Don't expect your content to be excellent, perfectionism is never the answer, good is good nough. I see that some admins create good content but they don't post it because they think it's not "Perfect" or "Good enough"
- On the other hand make sure you don't post bad or normie stuff. Some admins post absolute crap.
- It's OK to forward from our older posts specially if they are underrated. But don't do it too much.
- Video memes are allowed
- Geeky posts are allowed (Posts that not everyone gets it like Doctor Who memes or Programming or gaming memes) but don't do it too much because we don't want to alienate the audience. Keep it low, keep it wise.
- Don't be a populist and try to post things that most concerns you, but not always the things that the people find it funny but u don't give a fuck about.
- But Please avoid posting the things that might hurt the majority of people (Gore content, insulting, blasphemy, heay racism, heavy sexism or bad spoilers). Don't be a dick.
- You may joke about religion, race or politics once a while, but keep it wise.
- We come from different cultures and countries. It's OK to post things about your culture, having admins and members from all over the world from different countries is the beauty of our channel. I sometimes post about Iranian shit, Progressive Rock music, Programming, Doctor who and all things I care about. But I don't do it too much.
- If you made a new template, share it here so we can make more memes about them.
- Memesta has a great creative team.
- Your performance is judged by members and observed by other admins. Be yourself and be progressive.
- If you are posting Iranian memes, make an English caption so other people can understand.
- Be brave and post, you don't have to ask for everything. With reactions, numbers of views and comments by other admins and people from group you can know what other people are thinking about your content and how you can make it better.

Cross promotion roles:
- Head of promos is @Ferrybigger.
- We don't have a promo admin, so here everyone should help us grow members
- That channel must have about/over 2K members with at least 300 views per post.
- You should do promo for 24 hours. Agree to delete the advert after a 24 hour period.
- If you want to setup a cross promo, before that let other admins know about it and make sure @Ferrybigger knows about this.
- Try to ask them to have the Memesta promo as their top post for 1 hr. In return don't post anything on the top of their promo for 1 hr.
- We don't want to bore our members with a lot of cross promo posts. So please keep it logical. A few per week but the most effective.
