When I launched my first online project, I thought I could handle the design myself — I chose a template, tweaked the colors... and realized that the site didn't inspire confidence at all. I started looking for studios, looking at portfolios. It turned out that the best web design studio is not the one that does "beautiful", but the one that understands your audience.
