Beware there is a chance that you school get a notifacation if you disable EE (enterprise enrollment)
This can get you in big trouble so be very careful and if you do get in trouble I'm not responsable
- Second Compter
- USB or SD card to flash OS
- Do esc + refresh + power to enter recovery mode
- Take note of the name your chromebook has for example mine is BOBBA360
- Go to crosh.tech and enter that name
- Then click on your chromebook (another way you can make sure u have the right model is checking the actual model of the chromebook)
- It will begin to download a zip file, when this is done downloading extract the zip and then save the iso to your computer
- Go to the chrome recovery tool and install the extenstion (Need second computer for this step)
- Insert your USB or SD card
- Select custom chrome image or iso whatever it says
- Select your chrome iso
- Start flashing chromeOS
- When you boot into chromeOS DO NOT PUT IN YOUR SCHOOL ACCOUNT FIRST, if you do this it will re-install GoGuardian and re-enable EE
- Instead of using your school account use your personal one
- When you get in go to settings and press add account, then add your school account
- What this will do is when you open your chromebook or wanna switch profiles all you have to do is go to lock screen and enter the profile that is your personal one which means no restrictions
- But if you enter into your school one you will have restrictions so the school or teachers wont know that you are free of GoGuardian
- And if you want to go have fun simply lock and switch to your other profile
