Birthday Module:
We store your Discord user ID and the birth date you provide. This is used to announce birthdays and ensure they are correctly linked to the appropriate user. -
Settings Module (upcoming):
We collect your guild ID, guild name, and the guild owner's user ID. This allows us to associate settings with the correct server and ensure only authorized users can manage them.
Additionally, for personal user settings, we store your user ID alongside the preferences you've chosen within the bot. -
Levels Module:
We store your user ID, current level, XP, and the timestamp of your last valid message. This ensures accurate tracking of your progress and prevents spamming by enforcing cooldowns between XP gains.
All data collected by the Mamono World Bot is stored securely in a private database that is not publicly accessible. Only authorized individuals within Dynamatrix have access to this data, and access is limited strictly to what is necessary for maintaining and improving the bot.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include:
- Restricting access using authentication and permissions
- Regular server and database maintenance
- Avoiding unnecessary storage of personally identifiable information
We do not share, sell, or publicly disclose any user data to third parties.
At this time, all data collected by the Mamono World Bot is stored indefinitely. This includes user IDs, message timestamps, XP levels, birthdays, and any settings saved through the bot’s modules.
We retain this data to ensure the bot can consistently deliver its features over time such as tracking long-term leveling progress or remembering user-specific settings across sessions.
If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, you can request deletion at any time by contacting us through privacy@dynamatrix.io. Upon receiving a valid request, we will remove your data from our database as soon as reasonably possible.
We believe all users deserve control over their personal data, regardless of location. While the Mamono World Bot primarily serves users in the United States, we voluntarily respect data protection principles similar to those found in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
