| Has anyone compared different online salary calculators for 2025? Do they all show the same after-tax amounts, or can the results vary? I'd like to know how to choose the most accurate one and whether it's worth trusting those that automatically calculate deductions. |

Yes, I recently compared several such calculators while helping a friend evaluate a job offer in Riga. Interestingly, the post-tax figures varied slightly between the different services—some didn't take into account the tax-exempt minimum, while others calculated social contributions at the old rates. Ultimately, I trusted the salary calculator Latvia the most: it showed up-to-date amounts and allowed me to factor in my marital status and additional income. So there are differences, and it's worth choosing carefully.
